A timeless pre-Prohibition gem: London Dry gin, Luxardo Maraschino, house-made Crème de Violette, and fresh pressed lemon shaken into a delicate, floral, sky-blue sour with a cherry garnish.

Air Mail

Mount Gay Eclipse Rum, fresh pressed lime, house-made rich honey syrup, and bubbly sparkling wine. Bright, effervescent, and balanced with tropical warmth and citrus zip.

Paper Plane

A modern classic born in 2007: equal parts bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and fresh pressed lemon juice shaken into a bittersweet sour with a smooth finish.

Jet Pilot

A bold tiki powerhouse with Mount Gay rum, Gosling’s Black Seal aged rum, Worthy Park Overproof rum, house-made falernum, cinnamon syrup, grapefruit, lime, and absinthe.

Trinidad Sour

Rittenhouse rye, fresh pressed lemon juice, almond orgeat, and house-made blackberry bitters shaken together for tart citrus, nutty sweetness, fruity bitters, and a spicy punch of whisky.

Pan American Clipper

A vintage 1930s gem revived for the skies with Applejack brandy, fresh pressed lime juice, house-made rich grenadine, and a whisper of absinthe.

Piedmont Punch

A nostalgic North Carolina classic inspired by Piedmont Airlines’ signature in-flight sip with white rum, white grape, apple, pineapple, lemon, lime, and almond orgeat.

Mid Flight Snack

A playful, nutty delight inspired by in-flight treats. Choose bourbon, rye whiskey, blanco tequila, or reposado tequila with Amaretto, fresh lime, maple syrup, and almond orgeat.

Gulf Stream

A smoky, coastal twist on the classic Old Fashioned with G4 Reposado Tequila, Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, agave, and Angostura aromatic and orange bitters.
